Created by australian designer Ilan El “Rain is a playful pendant that will delight all that come across it. A sensual object that suspends from the ceiling, delighting the senses through sight and sound. It’s an interactive light – moving the rods creates a delicate string of sound and ripple reflections. Inspiration for this design came from Feng Shui and the desire to create an illuminated chime”  It uses simple and readily available materials. The lights inside hang on the electrical cords that power them, and Aluminium was chosen for its sustainable qualities, being a recyclable material.

designed by Aya Koike, sofa brick takes its reference from a traditional upholstered furniture but reinvents itself into modular soft “brick” made of cork for building furniture, which blurs the line between furniture, floor and wall. it is a flexible system in that it is muli functional and allows the consumer to part of the creative process, as well as being made of sustainable material.

it is part of collection called “PARASITE FURNITURE, which will involve existing environments in a structure of design. It is a challenge to cancel the boundaries between people, objects, and environments which should live together and help each other.”
